Killcare Heights House

Designed by Fabric Architecture Studio and completed in December 2020, Killcare Heights House is the result of an extensive BBM Constructions renovation and addition project. With 180-degree ocean views, this unique home features hardwood trusses and decks, feature grade oak flooring, an impressive custom oak timber staircase, Phoenix kitchen, and bathroom joinery by Loughlin Furniture. The landscaping and garage roof top garden incorporate recycled bricks and locally quarried sandstone.

The complete renovation and extension of our home in Killcare Heights was our ninth residential construction project. Thanks to BBM Constructions, this project delivered by far our best results and was, unusually, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
