Located riverside on the lower Central Coast, Jacaranda House is a beautifully preserved period home with new alterations and additions designed by Fabric Architecture Studio. All works were completed by BBM Constructions in May 2021. The second story addition elegantly curves out over the ground floor, creating a new entry to the home while providing the owners with privacy and river views all year round. Materials include raw fibre cement, stonework and hardwood timbers with staircase and entry doors by Tusk Joinery.
